Free to you — communities pay locator fees, not renters.

What your list actually gets you
- 1.
A straight answer on the places you're eyeing
Been going back and forth on a community's reviews? Name it in the “top priorities” box near the end of the form. We'll tell you what it's quoting this week, which specials are running, and what we made of its review history — the patterns, not the one-off rants.
- 2.
Prices that match what the leasing office actually says
Houston listing sites drift out of date fast, and a quote from two weeks ago is a different lease by Friday. We confirm pricing and look-and-lease deals by phone before anything lands on your list.
- 3.
Less gambling on application fees
Fees here run $50 to $85 and don't come back. We keep notes on how communities around town tend to screen — credit, rental history, income — and lean your list toward the realistic approvals.
Your commute picks your apartment here.
Anyone who's crawled the Katy Freeway at 5pm knows a great apartment in the wrong spot is a bad apartment. Drop your workplace in the “top priorities” box — Med Center, Energy Corridor, Downtown, The Woodlands, wherever — and we'll build the list around your drive, not just a ZIP code.
Start my list →Fair questions
- Is this really free?
- Yes. Communities pay locator fees when you sign a lease, out of the same budget they spend on advertising. You never get a bill from us.
- How is this different from the reviews on the site?
- Reviews tell you what living somewhere is like after move-in. They can't tell you this week's quote, which specials are live, or how a property tends to screen applicants. That's what the list adds.
- How fast will I hear back?
- Often within a few hours, Monday through Saturday. If you're up against a deadline, say so in the form and we'll move quicker.
- Why do you ask about credit and background?
- Because it changes which communities make sense. The honest version of your situation gets you a list that holds up at application time, not one that just looks nice.
- My situation is complicated. Can you still help?
- Broken lease, eviction, rough credit — that's a big part of what we do. The form has room for all of it, and nobody here is judging.
- What happens after I submit?
- A locator on our team reads it — a person, not an auto-responder — and starts pulling your list together. You'll hear from us by phone or email.
